Current repairs can be done without a license

Meeting of the Committee for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry was held. The first issue on the agenda is the amendment of the law “On licensing certain types of activities”. Deputies Viktor Guzun and Vadim Kravchuk offered to give entrepreneurs the opportunity to carry out current construction without a license. The basis for the development of this law-in-draft was the construction organizations collective appeal, sent to the Supreme Council.

At the same time, the authors emphasize that legislative changes do not concern the construction and capital repairs of buildings and structures. Construction companies in these cases must have a license. During the meeting of the committee, the law-in-draft was recommended for adoption in the first reading.

Changes in the law "On the lease of state and municipal property" are among the approved by deputies in the first reading. The amendments concern the activities of the Pridnestrovian Savings Bank. Considering the special role of the bank in the provision of banking services, it is proposed to include it in the list of organizations that are entitled to conclude a direct contract.

Parliamentarians also reviewed the initiative presented by the government. It is proposed to place special signs on storefronts indicating produced in Pridnestrovie goods. Entrepreneurs will be able to decide for themselves in what form these indexes will be created.

Viktor Guzun expressed confidence that this innovation can become “an effective mechanism in the sphere of support for domestic producers.” However, the deputies emphasized: the effect of the norm should not cause significant costs for entrepreneurs.

The law-in-draft is recommended for adoption in the first reading.
