Create motivating conditions

The President of Pridnestrovie Vadim Krasnoselsky, being a deputy of the Supreme Council, developed a new law-in-draft for the legal framework of the republic - "On Encouraging Entrepreneurial Activity in Selected Territories of Pridnestrovie". Today it was discussed in the parliamentary committee for the development of entrepreneurship and industry.

The legislative initiative is aimed at giving additional motivation to entrepreneurial activity in the territories with its shortage.

The legislative initiative of the President instructs the government to establish criteria for identifying areas with weak entrepreneurial activity. After their definition in these settlements will be applied reduced rates for payment of an individual entrepreneurial patent (a 70 percent discount is planned). The same size will apply to legal entities on income tax of organizations that will start business in these settlements. In addition, a reduction factor of 0.5 coefficient rent for premises in municipal or state ownership will be used.
