There was held a regular session of the Committee on public associations, sports, information and youth policy. Its members discussed a number of legislative initiatives, including - amending the law "On charitable activities and charitable organizations". The deputies propose to eliminate the provision of charitable organizations to report their financial activities to the judicial authorities. It is proposed to give charities the opportunity to provide this statement to the tax authorities.

In the course of the meeting the legislations were also discussed on which the Committee was not responsible. Among them, there are government proposed amendments to the Law on counteraction to legalization of proceeds from crime and terrorist financing. According to the authors of the legislative initiative, it is necessary to improve the mechanisms for combating money laundering. The existing legislation in these matters needs to be expanded. In addition, this legislative initiative aimed at harmonizing our legislation with the Russian in this sphere. Deputies agreed to give a positive opinion taking into consideration further collaborative work.

The initiative of deputies Efimy Koval amending the Housing Code was also discussed. The author proposes the temporary absence of the owner reserving the right to its premises for at least six months. Members of the Committee on public associations discussing this law-in-draft have decided to give a negative opinion on it. They suppose that in the current environment, when people go outside the country for a long time, a period of 6 months is not acceptable -, in their opinion, should be increased at least up to a year.

The initiative of Deputies Galina Antyufeeva and Gregory Dyachenko was approved at the meeting. They proposed to supplement the Code of Administrative Offences (CAO), linking such concepts as "the right to own land" and "inviolability of the home". The authors propose to introduce administrative liability for illegal entry into the territory of the fenced land on which the is located, committed against the will of its. Members of the Committee agreed with this proposal.
