Committee members called the proposal reasonable from the point of view of restoring social justice, and recommended to adopt a package of relevant initiatives in the first reading. In case of support for the deputies, the corresponding changes to the laws "On State Pensions in PMR", "About provision of pensions of employees of the Prosecutor's Office, with ranks and their families in Pridnestrovie" and "On State Pensions of persons passing military service, service in the internal affairs bodies, the penal system, the service of bailiffs, tax and customs authorities, and their families ", will take effect from January 1, 2017.

These are additional payments for excellence and special merits awarded orders of the USSR citizens permanently residing in Pridnestrovie, but retired from other states. Today, they are deprived of this right, which, according to members of the parliamentary committee, is totally unreasonable.

Another initiative of committee associated with fixing in law the right of citizens to receive a salary of self-selected bank. Parliamentarians pay attention to the incidents that took place forced determining by the business managers the servicing bank.

Another problem is of collective character, which is raised during the Committee meeting. Citizens in need of hemodialysis, insist on assigning them the first group of disability. The decision in each case receives a special commission, depending on the degree of patient disability. To date, 84 Pridnestrovians receiving systemic treatment of acute and chronic renal failure using the apparatus "artificial kidney", only six assigned to the first group. Hemodialysis - a very expensive procedure. It costs the state 1618 rubles. Patients (procedure for them is free) receive it on average twice a week. Against the background of the total cost increase in costs associated with the assignment of all the representatives of this category of patients of the first group of disability, will be negligible, but for each citizen who has to constantly acquire and other medication, it is extremely significant.
