A package of legislative initiatives to regulate migration policy issues recommended for adoption in the second reading by the decision of the responsible committee. Another law-in-draft, which is expected to improve the establishment of a working group is "On Citizenship of PMR". Deputies Galina Antyufeeva and Vadim Krasnoselky are the authors of including Article 44 initiative - suppose that the current, in force since 2002, the law is not able to fully regulate the whole range of relations in this sphere. Developing the new document as a basis was taken by the Russian federal law with the preservation of a number of the existing provisions in Pridnestrovie. The law-in-draft proposed a conceptual apparatus, systematized all aspects related to the acquisition and termination of citizenship of PMR. The legislative initiative was recommended for adoption in the first reading.
