Collection and Removal of Garbage on the Basis of the Patent

The Government introduced a number of amendments to the law "On individual entrepreneurial patent". It is proposed to allocate this type of entrepreneurial activity, carried out on the basis of a patent, as a service for the collection and removal of solid domestic waste. Previously, this opportunity was provided exclusively to legal entities. Entrepreneurs will have to conduct a special form of reporting and send it to the supervisory bodies.

The parliamentarians supported the concept of the law-in-draft. Deputy Vadim Kravchuk called the proposal of the government relevant, especially for rural areas. His colleague Vadim Doni noted the need to simplify the procedure for issuing a license to conduct this type of entrepreneurial activity.

Legislators expressed concern that municipal special motor transport establishment will be able to survive in conditions of high competition, if individual entrepreneurs are engaged in the export of garbage in the city. All these issues parliamentarians will try to take into account when discussing the law-in-draft in the second reading mode.

Among those supported in the first reading – amendments to the law "On Customs Tariff". The Government offers to give the opportunity to the transport organizations engaged in regular passenger transportation to carry out preferential import of cars to the republic. As it was noted during the meeting of the committee, today, 30 organizations are engaged in regular passenger transportations, 24 - within the framework of international and intercity directions, 6 - intra-city ones. They are serviced by about 450 buses of various capacities. The age of about 35% exceeded two decades. The proposed norm will allow organizations to purchase new equipment.
