Taking into account the views of the parties

As part of meeting of the committee on APC, transport, construction, natural resources and environment the law-in-draft on the MTPL has been prepared by the parliamentary for the second reading. Efimy Koval, Head of the Committee emphasized that the document was developed on the basis of proposals by interested parties formed during the workshops.

The deputies were in favor of the legal effect of MTPL. Deputies are planning to adopt the law before 1 July. Members of the relevant committee will recommend to the plenary session to approve the law-in-draft and to stay in the second reading mode.

Deputies of the profile committee were for the improvement of the law "On prices (tariffs) and pricing". The initiative was prepared by Deputy Vitaly Kalin, who plays for the solution of problems faced by the citizens of today and peasant farmers with land registration.

Deputies of the profile committee decided to recommend the proposed changes to the law "On prices (tariffs) and Pricing" to the adoption in the first reading. Then it is necessary to hold a workshop with officials and organizations that conduct Geodetic and topographic surveying.
