The Solutions in the Sphere of Social Protection

The state programs in the health sector will be continued during next five years. The decision was adopted at the level of relevant committee. Draft legislations approving programs for 2016-2020 to improve cancer care, immunization and prevention of tuberculosis were presented for the attention of legislators.

The problem of oncological pathologies is relevant today as ever. 1.8% of the population are at the appropriate medical records. Cancer is at the second place among causes of mortality. The problem was risen in the course of discussion of this issue by parliamentarians that the cancer patients of the republic have been facing for last six months. According to Nikolai Namashko, confirmed by representatives of the Ministry of Health, it is impossible to get drugs for chemotherapy in Pridnestrovie. Pharmacy chains refer to the fact that these drugs should be issued by the State free of charge. There is a lack of them in hospitals, due to the fact that supplies from Ukraine were disrupted.

According to deputies of the Committee, the elected by government line is not fully conform to the immediate needs of the population and the capabilities of the state in this area in the current circumstances. Deputies insist that the trust funds of this program should be directed exclusively for the purchase of medicines and treatment directly. Purchase of equipment (these costs are included in the "Oncology" program) must be carried out at the expense of the unified social tax. That's why its size was 1% increased, which enables it to collect more than forty million rubles.

As for immunization, the vaccine against influenza should be the innovation of the future program.

The initiative to amend the law "On Militia" was recommended by responsible committee for adoption. It is about enshrining at the legislative level of rights of minor children, deceased in connection with the duties of a police officer on the benefits to pay utilities.
