The Solution

Chairman of the Supreme Council Vadim Krasnoselsky offered allow individual entrepreneurs to operate on the basis of the individual entrepreneur's patent not at the place of issuance of the patent, subject to the implementation of these activities within a single administrative unit. The relevant law-in-draft "On amendments and additions to the law "On the individual entrepreneur's patent" is under consideration of the profile parliamentary committee on the development of business and industry. Numerous appeals of individual entrepreneurs to the Supreme Council were the basis for the development of the document.
