21.06.2017

In the course of the meeting of the Parliamentary Committee for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry, deputies supported amendments to the law "On the Procedure for Conducting Audits in the Conduct of State Control (Supervision)". As it was noted at the meeting of the profile committee, entrepreneurs have repeatedly asked the people's representatives to regulate the conduct of extraordinary inspections. Parliamentarians believe that it is necessary to limit the conduct of inspection proceeding from the subject matter specified in the complaint, the citizen's application.

Another rule, which is planned to be prescribed in the Law, is that supervisory authorities should present a complaint or statement on the basis of which an audit is carried out when conducting unscheduled verification activities. The deadlines for these events will be limited to 10 days. According to the current legislation, they can last a month.

In the framework of the meeting of the Parliamentary Committee for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry, the deputies considered a number of non-core legislations. Parliamentarians Viktor Guzun and Oleg Leontiev suggest transferring the functions of insurance control and insurance regulation to the central bank. Previously, this was the Government. The developers emphasize: this law-in-draft will provide an effective system for monitoring and regulating insurance activities. It is proposed to introduce amendmnets into a number of legislative acts.

Chairman of the Pridnestrovian Republican Bank, Vladislav Tidva commented on the law-in-draft.

It was noted in the course of the meeting of the Committee for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry: the law-in-draft was developed in accordance with Russian legislation, where the central bank regulates all segments of the financial market. The Committee proposed to support the legislative initiative in the first reading.
