The reform of management companies requires detailed approach

Slobodzeya "Akvakanal", Grigoriopol "INC" and others. The republic has accumulated a number of unitary enterprises with the deplorable financial condition. The mechanisms that can restore their ability to pay, are not spelled out in the current legislation.

This is due to the Committee's consideration in the first reading of the legislative initiative, the authors of which are Deputies Oleg Vasilaty and Oleg Leontiev. It is proposed at the legislative level to register a number of measures that could improve the financial condition of municipal unitary enterprises and state unitary enterprises operating in the utilities sector.

Parliamentarians intend to restructure such enterprises in the following way: it is proposed deferral of tax payments, cancellation penalties, installment on a payment, the realization of unused property, getting credit, termination of rights of use of unused land, and finally transfer of the debt obligations of the unitary enterprises. It is planned that Accounting Chamber will oversee it.

The law-in-draft was recommended for adoption in the first reading.

The next law-in-draft is associated with long-overdue reform in the country management companies. Experts in the area of ​​operation of Pridnestrovian housing stock mention a number of gaps. First of all, it is the lack of awareness of what citizens are funds paid to them for housing. Parliamentarians are planning to introduce the concept of operational documentation apartment building, where it will be shown information on all payments, as well as the timing of performed work.

The legislative initiative caused a lot of questions from representatives of the Government, and therefore the discussion of the law-in-draft, it was decided to continue in the framework of the workshop.

In the second reading, it was decided to adopt an important law-in-draft that is associated with a twofold writing names Novotiraspolsky village. After numerous appeals of citizens, who in this connection a number of difficulties, the deputies suggested to be equivalent to both names.
