The state program for the development of the archival industry for 2020-2022 was developed by the Government in order to ensure the integrated development of the system of archival bodies, expansion of the archival areas of state archives, technical equipping with modern equipment. In addition, the program will ensure safety and full use of documents in the interests of the state, society and the citizen. As part of the implementation of the goals, it is planned to overhaul and put into operation several buildings, replace engineering systems, install new security and fire alarm systems in buildings, expand archival areas. It is planned to purchase computer and office equipment, with the help of which the creation of an electronic scientific information retrieval system of documents of the archive fund will be carried out. The development of public information system through the website of the State Service for Document and Archive Management will continue. Deputies supported the law-in-draft and will recommend to the Supreme Council to adopt it in the first reading.

The committee members supported the law-in-draft with amendments to the law "On Payments for Environmental Pollution and Use of Natural Resources" proposed by the Government. The law-in-draft is intended to simplify the maintenance by legal entities of settlement documentation on payments. The law-in-draft will be recommended for adoption in the first reading.

The legislative initiative of the Government with amendments and additions to the law “On the republican budget for 2020” did not cause negative assessments among the deputies. The document deals with the budget financing of the state order for research and development, as well as monitoring and analysis of the activities of research laboratories. According to the developers, the law-in-draft will allow more efficient distribution of funds from the republican budget aimed at financing research activities.
