Separation of Taxes

Deputies of the Committee on the state regional Policy Oleg Vasilaty Jacob Galak and Valentin Matveichuk offer to change the approach to the local tax system. In their view, the current system of municipal finance organizations are not fully in line with the principle spelled out in the Constitution, two-level organization of local government.

Parliamentarian consider it necessary to divide the taxes from the budgets of districts and cities of Tiraspol and Bendery, and taxes that will flow into the treasures of villages, towns, satellite cities and towns of local importance. At the same time, according to the authors, local taxes should be divided according to target areas based on the principle of their collection. If the tax base or the taxpayer is directly related to the area of ​​the village, the tax goes to its budget. If there is no direct reference, the tax is recognized as district tax. The initiative to amend the law "On the basis of the tax system in Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic" is recommended for adoption in the first reading.
