Deputies supported in the second reading in the course of the meeting of the parliamentary Committee on Social Policy the legislative initiative of the Government designed to stimulate organizations and individual entrepreneurs to hire disabled people of groups I and II. It is assumed that the state will pay employers a subsidy for each person with special needs from these categories hired. The amount will be almost 11 thousand rubles. It will be divided into 5 parts and paid out within a year.
The proposal of the highest executive body of power was supported by the deputies at a plenary session on the 5th of February in the first reading. The relevant parliamentary Committee developed amendments for the second reading. Thus, it was initially planned that the mechanism would begin to operate this year. However, it was decided to postpone the implementation of the new regulations until January 1, 2026 in the context of economic instability in the republic caused by the energy crisis.
Legislations on amendments and additions to 6 specialized laws, including the law "On Employment of the Population", will be included in the agenda of one of the next plenary sessions. The specialized parliamentary Committee will recommend that the deputy corps adopt it in the second final reading.
