The Amnesty Draft Resolution was prepared for the first reading

The Supreme Council today hosted the second meeting of the working group to develop draft decree on amnesty. The relevant legislation committee will present the document tomorrow in the course of the plenary. Deputies will consider the draft resolution in the first reading.

The amnesty is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory and the 30th anniversary of the republic. When developing the draft resolution, the opinions of representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Prosecutor's Office, the Investigative Committee and the Supreme Court were taken into account.
