The intermediate stage between liquidation and work

Entrepreneurs who faced temporary difficulties in doing business often addressed deputies of the Committee for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry. They do not want to permanently liquidate the enterprise, hoping that the situation will change for the better. Having examined the appeal, deputies Victor Guzun, Vadim Doni and Vadim Kravchuk developed a package consisting of five legislative initiatives. Their main goal is to introduce such a concept as temporary suspension of the activities of legal entities with the subsequent resumption.

Legislators propose to consolidate the legal basis for the procedure for suspending (resuming) the activities of legal entities. According to the law-in-draft, the legal entity will not provide financial and tax reports at the time of suspension of its activities.

Deputies of the Committee for Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry recommended that the deputy corps adopt legislations in the second reading.
