The program of electoral orders is ready for execution

Deputies of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance considered a number of amendments to the law "On the Republican Budget 2018". One of them concerns the procedure for the formation, financing and implementation of the state program for the implementation of voters' orders. The author of the legislative initiative was the parliamentarian Oleg Vasilaty. As the head of the profile committee Alexander Korshunov noted during the consideration of the law-in-draft in the second reading, this program will be singled out as a separate annex to the law.

An amount of 4.3 million rubles is planned for the implementation of this target program in the republican budget 2018. The head of the responsible parliamentary committee expressed confidence that all the mandated included in the program will be fulfilled by the end of the year. The law-in-draft was recommended to the deputy corps for adoption in the second reading.

Parliamentarians in the second reading supported another addendum to the law "On the Republican Budget 2018". The law-in-draft proposes to expand the category of recipients of free vouchers for sanatorium treatment. Expenses in the amount of 684 thousand rubles are planned for these purposes in the state treasury. In addition to veterans of the Second World War, this norm can be used by the defenders of Pridnestrovie, participants in military operations in the territory of other states, participants in the liquidation of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident.

The legislative initiative, which also deals with the organization of recreational activities, already for children and adolescents, provides for a change in the norms of the law "On Corporate Income Tax". The government offered to exempt from payment of this tax resorts and children's health facilities, which take part in the implementation of annual children's health campaigns.

Deputies of the Committee recommended the Supreme Council to adopt a legislative initiative in the first reading.
