The Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media held a regular meeting in the course of which the deputies considered a number of initiatives and amendments to laws.
The deputies considered in the second reading the law-in-draft "On Amendments to the Law of the PMR" On Approval of the State Target Program "Preservation of Immovable Cultural Heritage Sites of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Requiring Urgent Repairs" for 2019-2023. This initiative proposes to allocate 812 thousand rubles for the conservation of the building of the former dacha of Flemmer in Bendery, in particular for the repair of the roof of the building and d495 thousand rubles next year to carry out repairs of the so-called steam locomotive – a key part of the Memorial of Revolutionary, Military and Labor Glory of railway workers in the city of Bendery. Consideration of the law-in-draft in the final reading is planned to be submitted to the plenary session on December 21.
One of the topics on the agenda was the issue of the need to amend the law "On the procedure for submitting financial, tax and statistical reporting in electronic form via telecommunication channels". The author of the initiative is Igor Buga, deputy of the Supreme Council. It is necessary in his opinion to extend this law for another year, since many non-profit organizations were not able to switch to an electronic reporting system during 2022. The system has been operating for two years and allows you to simplify the workflow and minimize time and labor costs for document processing. The law-in-draft is scheduled to be considered in two readings at the plenary session on December 21.
