It was about two legislations, the authors of one of them are Deputies Andrey Sipchenko and Yuri Sporish, the initiator of another - the deputy Galina Antyufeeva. The first law-in-draft proposes to establish an open-ended "weapon amnesty". In this case, citizens will have the right to apply to the bodies of internal affairs with the statement for the legalization of illegally stored their weapons and ammunition.
