There are 401 participants in the hostilities for the defense of Pridnestrovie, who need their own housing in Pridnestrovie today. They all stand in line with the rest of the beneficiaries. The new state target program provides for the creation of a special queue and special funding for them. The participants in the hostilities should receive the first apartments within the framework of the program this year, after the document is adopted by the Supreme Council and signed by the President. 6.5 million rubles are planned for the purchase of housing in the budget of the republic for this year.

Chairman of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Public Associations, Sports, Information and Youth Policy Igor Buga proposed including Afghan soldiers in the new state target program during the first reading. The Supreme Council and the Minister for Social Protection and Labor Elena Kulichenko agreed with this.

According to updated data, there are 51 Afghan soldiers who need their own housing in the republic today. However, the relevant committee has not yet received full information about the cities and villages of Pridnestrovie they live in in order to prepare the necessary clarifications for the document, broken down by years, cities and regions.

The deputies will consider amendments that should affect the widows of participants in the hostilities to protect Pridnestrovie who died during the period of the state program within the framework of the second reading at one of the next plenary meetings. It is planned to be left in the preferential queue for housing.
