Extension of the Construction Amnesty

A group of deputies of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex Issues proposed to expand the list of construction amnesty objects. This will be done by including those houses whose construction or reconstruction in violation of the law was completed before January 1, 2021.

The owners of such houses will be given the opportunity to register construction or redevelopment without submitting an architectural project. Measures of administrative responsibility will not be applied to them. In this case, the requirements for the safe operation of facilities must be met.

These changes to the legislation, according to the deputies of the relevant committee, will increase the number of citizens who will be able to take advantage of the construction amnesty and register the rights to households, extensions to them or outbuildings. The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Housing and Utilities, Transport and Construction will recommend the Supreme Soviet to adopt the law-in-draft in the first reading.
