A group of deputies of the Supreme Council proposed to expand the types of work carried out on the reconstruction, redevelopment, re-equipment or reconstruction of construction amnesty facilities.
All houses with a height of no higher than 3 floors, built before 2016, are subject to a construction amnesty according to the current norms of the law. That is, simplified registration. This law-in-draft is supposed to include those houses that were built with violations until 2021.
The owners of such houses will be given the opportunity to register construction or redevelopment without submitting an architectural project. Administrative measures will not be applied to them. The requirements for the safe operation of facilities must be met in this case. The law-in-draft was adopted by the Supreme Council in September 2021 in the first reading.
The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Housing and Utilities, Transport and Construction will recommend to the Supreme Council at the next plenary sessions to adopt in the final reading the law-in-draft with amendments to the law "On some additional state measures aimed at minimizing the negative impact of external economic factors".
