Adopt in two readings

The Committee on AIC, Transport, Construction, Natural Resources and Ecology considered amendments to the law “On the republican budget for 2019”. The law-in-draft sent the president in the mode of legislative necessity. The document deals with the need to include in the program of the Capital Investment Fund for the current year additional measures for the repair, reconstruction and construction of socially significant facilities. Educational and medical institutions of the republic, squares, parks and other objects are in this list. The need to expand the list of objects of the capital investment fund program was revealed by the results of their inspections by the President and representatives of the executive branch of Government. The cost estimate of the Capital Investment Fund is planned to increase by more than 36 million rubles.

Noting the importance of the law-in-draft, the deputies of the Committee on the APC issues unanimously supported it and will recommend to their colleagues in the deputy corps to adopt the document in two readings at once. Changes to the law "On the republican budget for 2019" will be considered during the next plenary session.
