The author of the law-in-draft to attract young professionals to the business proposes to consolidate the benefits for the purchase of individual entrepreneur's patent. It will apply to newly registered individual entrepreneurs with higher education. In particular, in the first year after graduation fee for the patent will be reduced by 70%, in the second - 50%.

Among the proposed by profile committee for adoption in the first reading is the draft law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs". In case of liquidation of the legal entity all documents must arrive in the archive. The absence of any control in this area may result in a loss of documents.
