The President Vadim Krasnoselsky developed amendments to the law "On licensing of certain types of activities". The basis for the amendments was the existence of a legal gap in the sphere of licensing. According to the current legislation, the license can not be valid for less than five years.
Among the documents, supported by the Committee in the first reading there is a legislation, drafted by a group of deputies of the Supreme Council. Victor Guzun, Vadim Doni, Vadim Kravchuk, Andrei Mezhinsky and Vadim Levitsky suggest expanding the list of activities entrepreneurial patent for which is required. Legislators propose to add such a type of activity as the rent of velomobiles, electric vehicles, and the provision of trampoline services. Previously, this category of entrepreneurs had to carry out their activities through the formation of a legal entity. This is economically unreasonable taking into account the fact that these types of entrepreneurial activities are seasonal.
Work continues on a law-in-draft that defines the categories of "micro and small enterprises". Earlier, the President Vadim Krasnoselsky proposed to introduce a number of changes to the law "On development and state support of small businesses". The author suggests that the concept of "medium entrepreneurship" prescribed in the law, which will allow extending state support to this category of enterprises. As part of the consideration of the law-in-draft, amendments were made in the second reading clarifying the criteria for delineation of enterprises.
It was proposed to recognize as a microenterprise a legal entity with a number of employees up to 15 people, with an annual income of no more than 365 thousand MW. The following criteria was proposed for small businesses: the average number of employees should not exceed 50 people, and the annual amount of income from activities - not more than 1 million 200 thousand MW. According to Viktor Guzun, these criteria take into account the socio-economic realities of Pridnestrovie.
