The opening of the tenth session of the V convocation was the start of the parliamentary committees. Deputies Committee on Legislation, Law Enforcement, and Protection of the Rights and Freedoms today a meeting was held at which a number of relevant issues were discussed. The law-in-draft of the Deputy Galina Antyufeeva that involves questions of parental obligations was reviewed by the deputies in the second reading. We are talking about toughening the criminal penalties under the Code on marriage and the family, the parents of the willful refusal to pay alimony for minor children. According to the author, the law-in-draft will encourage parents to conscientious parenthood.
Another law-in-draft concerns the improvement of the Code of Administrative Offences. The reason for its introduction of the profile committee members Galina Antyufeeva and Gregory Dyachenko were the complaints of citizens. The authors propose to introduce administrative responsibility for the infiltration of land against the wishes of the owner. According to the norms of the Constitution of the PMR, everyone has the right to inviolability of the dwelling, except as required by law. According to legislators, it is necessary to legislate the ability to protect both the home owner and the territory in which it is located.
Members of the relevant committee supported the law-in-draft of colleagues. They will recommend the deputies to adopt it in the second reading.
