Will there be a new type of entrepreneurial activity?

The law "On Public Procurement in Pridnestrovie" is among the items on the agenda. Let's remind: the document was adopted by the deputy corps in the final reading within the framework of the spring session. The main idea of ​​the law, developed by a group of deputies is to change approaches to spending budget funds. The document is based on Russian experience, legislators took into account the specifics of our small state. It was assumed that the law would allow planning public procurement, moving from tenders to conducting open electronic trades.

In connection with the fact that the president vetoed the law, pointing out some of contradictions, the deputies again returned to its consideration.

The deputies of the committee decided to create a conciliation commission in order to eliminate all existing contradictions.

Parliamentarians considered in the second reading a number of amendments to the law "On licensing of certain types of activities". The document was directed by the President Vadim Krasnoselsky. The purpose of the law-in-draft is to eliminate the legal gap in terms of the regulation of the entity that is competent to establish a specific period of validity of the license. It is proposed to fix that the validity period of the license is determined by the application of the license applicant: for 5, 10 years, or for an indefinite period.

The deputies failed to reach a consensus on the legislation, drafted by the Slobodzeya Council of People's Deputies. The authors of the law-in-draft proposed to supplement the list of activities that can be carried out under the patent, cutting services, cutting of trees, bushes, including using special equipment.

The opinions of the participants in the discussion on the proposed law-in-draft were divided. Deputy Vadim Doni supported the legislative initiative. He recalled that a similar situation was with the removal of garbage in the countryside. After the given kind of activity became possible to carry out on the basis of the entrepreneurial patent, the problem was solved.

His colleague, Vadim Levitsky, asked whether an individual entrepreneur could ensure the safety of this process.
