The Order: to check for compliance with the Legislation

The Committee on Legislation prepared a draft resolution on the result concerning consideration of deputy inquiry of Alexander Korshunov. Parliamentarian was interested in legal assessment PMR Prosecutor regarding the decree promulgated by the President "On measures to stabilize the situation in the domestic foreign exchange market". The answer of the head of the supervisory body was sent in writing. The information obtained from the author's request raised questions, so Prosecutor PMR Alexander Deli replied to them in plenary.

It became clear during the meeting that the decree was born in the depths of Pridnestrovian Republican Bank. After discussion of the answer to the inquiry of Alexander Korshunov the profile committee was instructed to prepare a draft resolution. The chairman Galina Antyufeeva during the operational meetings of the Committee commented on it.

However, as it was noted, the presidential decree "On measures to stabilize the situation in the domestic foreign exchange market" operated until 28 March (until canceled). Deputies want to see the assessment act in a certain period of legal act.

Prepared draft resolution is planned to consider during the upcoming extraordinary plenary session.
