Such violators are a great danger on the roads. Those who have a criminal record commit crimes again. The statistics aren't getting better. The prosecutor's law-in-draft on strengthening responsibility has already been adopted by the Supreme Council in the first reading.

The profile committee prepared amendments. The deputies proposed by analogy with Russian legislation to supplement the Criminal Code with a new article. It will affect those who drive without a driver's license and have a criminal record. They can be imprisoned for two years or fined up to 600 minimum wages for this offense. This is 11 thousand rubles. The proposals of the deputies will be discussed at the plenary session, when the law-in-draft will be submitted for the second reading.
