Preparation for consideration in the second reading

The Committee on Legislation has prepared legislations for consideration in the second reading, which will be submitted to the plenary session on the 6th of July. In particular, we are talking about changes to the Criminal Code regarding increased liability for deliberately false reports of a terrorist attack and extremism. The initiative was proposed by the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic due to the fact that the number of unreliable reports about the mining of buildings of social facilities and authorities has recently become more frequent.

Legislations regulating the procedure for considering cases on sending citizens to a medical and labor dispensary, the terms of stay in such institutions and the possibility of early release have also been prepared for the second reading. The Committee prepared amendments that would improve the norms of the electoral legislation for adoption in the second reading.
