Beautification issues are under control

Members of the Legislation Committee supported law-in-draft of deputies from Bendery, which raises fines for violating the rules for landscaping cities and towns. The need for such changes was explained by Grigory Dyachenko, Deputy chairman of the relevant committee.

Now the Republic has the Rules for Improvement, Gardening, Cleanliness and Order in the territory of cities and towns. They were approved in 2005 by the Ministry of Industry and Regional Development. Administrative liability is provided in the form of a warning or a fine for violation.

The fact that in the cities and towns of the republic should be established order, in the course of the meeting with the deputies was stated by the President Vadim Krasnoselsky. There should not be long-term construction and buildings with an ugly and neglected appearance.

Law-in-draft with amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses will be discussed at the next plenary meeting of the Supreme Council after consideration in the course of the meeting of the relevant committee.
