At the meeting of the committee, deputies continued consideration in the second reading of the law-in-draft with amendments and additions to the law “On the administrative-territorial structure of the PMR”. The deputies of the committee proposed at the legislative level to determine the criteria for classifying villages as urban or rural. We are also talking about resort, holiday villages and villages at the railway stations.
In the process of working on the law-in-draft in the second reading, the committee received amendments from the deputy corps, which had to be considered and a separate decision should be made for each of them, namely, to agree with the proposed wording or not.
The final decision on the law-in-draft with amendments and additions to the law "On the administrative-territorial structure of the PMR" will be taken at a plenary session by the Supreme Council.
