Drinking water should come to every Pridnestrovian village

Recent years, the reconstruction of the water supply system in varying degrees concrned almost every village or town of Pridnestrovie. The program is realized by 75% in some districts. However, deputies noted that in some villages the situation with drinking water is still deplorable. Chairman of the Council of People's Deputies of Grigoriopol district Alexander Torpan cited the example of the village of Shipka, where drinking water is not available. The situation has changed for the better in the state program "Construction, repair and reconstruction of water supply systems of villages and towns in PMR 2017-2020" includes especially in need of construction and repair of facilities.

The total amount of funding programs in the next five years will amount to 157 million rubles. Elected officials emphasize that it is necessary to find the means to implement the program fully. For this category, the authors offer the citizens to reduce the tax rate for plots used for agricultural purposes. Warehouses, basements and other auxiliary facilities are now subject to an excessively high tax on land. Pridnestrovians told elected representatives during the meetings. Fulfilling the will of the voters, the deputies propose to reduce this tax. Representatives of the relevant ministry agree with this proposal.
