Today, we have already created an information digital system that will enable entrepreneurs to send financial, tax, statistical reports via electronic communication channels to the authorized body. This system is currently in test mode.

Deputies of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance considered the law-in-draft with amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the PMR. The law-in-draft proposes to make the provision of financial, tax and statistical reporting in electronic form mandatory.

The procedure for the functioning of the state information system of electronic reporting will be established by a regulatory legal act of the PMR Government. The committee will recommend to the Supreme Council to adopt the law-in-draft in the first reading.
