Improving the legislation, collegial view on the solution of a particular problem - this is the daily work of legislators. Representatives of the school parliament could see how the republican parliament works. Students of the capital's school No. 18 Daniil Khanbikov and Nelly Armash addressing Deputy of the Supreme Council Ilona Turyayeva received an opportunity to participate in the work of the Supreme Council's Committee on Education, Science and Culture.

The head of the committee Mikhail Burla during the conversation with schoolchildren noted the need to expand this experience.

Schoolchildren told Deputies that any student from the fifth to the eleventh grade could become a member of the parliament. Applying the principles of self-government, trying themselves in the role of parliamentarians, pupils solve the problems of the school.

Young parliamentarians expressed a desire to continue their communication with the masters of legislative activity.

Parliamentarians during the meeting of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture, considered amendments to the laws "On Education", "On Immovable Property of Cultural Heritage", "On Social Protection of Veterans" and recommended their colleagues to adopt it in the second reading.
