Despite this, the topic of default entered into force verdicts, judgments and other judicial acts become all the more urgent. In many states the citizens for such violations are punishable by a fine or prosecuted. For example, in neighboring Moldova, the willful failure to perform the verdict criminal liability to imprisonment for a term up to two years, in Ukraine and in the Republic of Kazakhstan - up to three years.

Pridnestrovian Criminal Code states about the prosecution of government officials, civil servants, and employees of local governments, as well as state and municipal institutions, commercial or other organization.
