Holidays for large families

Deputies of the Committee on Social Policy and Health considered the law-in- draft with amendments to the Labor Code of the of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the first reading. The law-in-draft, which was initiated by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, affects the order of priority of granting annual paid leave to employees with three or more children.

The Labor Code of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic was supplemented in 2019 with the ability to independently choose a convenient time for using annual paid leave for parents with many children who have three or more children under the age of 12.

The Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare will recommend the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic to adopt the law-in- draft in the first reading.
