The amendments were discussed

The Committee on AIC, Transport, Construction, Natural Resources and Ecology discussed amendments to the law-in-draft on expanding the list of recipients of mutual payments. The legislative initiative of the President, introduced to the Supreme Council in the regime of legislative necessity, was previously adopted by lawmakers in the first reading. According to the law-in-draft, the list of recipients of the annual remuneration from the trust fund is proposed to be supplemented by former employees of collective farms and state farms whose work record in the household was less than 15 years (in the current version of the law - not less than 20 years), and also include those who worked in the intercollective Organizations of land reclamation, chemicalization, seed production and others.

Deputies of the profile committee introduced an amendment, which proposed that the list of inter-collective farms and associations whose employees will be entitled to receive share payments and determined by the government.

The law-in-draft concerning payments to shareholders is planned to be considered at the next plenary meeting.

As part of the second reading, the deputies considered amendments to the law-in-draft, authored by the chairman of the profile committee Oleg Leontiev. He proposed extending the law "On land payment" to legal relations beginning January 1, 2012. Previously, this law was adjusted. The purpose of the amendments is to restore the right of the peasant farms established in the last five years to take advantage of the privilege for paying land tax that was set for them in the first three years. Thus, this law-in-draft will allow the farmer to take into account the amounts of tax that have been overpaid in past years as a result of future payments.

Another law-in-draft, considered by the responsible committee in the second reading, concerns the procedure for using the funds of the Republican Road Fund for the maintenance and repair of roads in winter, if the budget is not adopted that time.
