Maintenance of water metering devices

A group of deputies of the Committee on the Agro-Industrial Complex proposed to transfer from an obligation to the right to conclude an agreement for the maintenance of water metering devices. Currently, according to the current law, an owner of water meter is obliged to transfer it for service and pay a subscription fee for this. Many subscribers do not agree to conclude a service agreement, since they bought the meter for their own money.

The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Housing, Utilities and Transport will recommend the Supreme Council to adopt amendments to the law "On drinking water supply in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic " in the final reading.
