The Head of the Committee on Regional Policy Oleg Vasilaty initiated the adoption of a new Law for legal framework of the Republic "On the public hearing". Parliamentarian considers it necessary to give citizens the opportunity to participate in the discussion of issues of wide public resonance. Determining public policy priorities and budget spending, town planning decisions and issues that are expected to require submission to a referendum are in the first place. Citing specific examples, the author focuses on those occurring problems as cutting green spaces, demolition of the medical faculty buildings in the capital and a number of social facilities Bender, the closure of educational institutions, the introduction of new rules of the road, providing, for example, compulsory liability insurance, driving with dipped headlights, a new procedure for the use of tires in the winter. It is supposed to identify cases where a hearing is required. One of them - gathered in support of more than 1,000 signatures.

Oleg Vasilaty, introducing the law-in-draft to the Committee colleagues, noted that Russia and other countries of the public hearings system is actively operating. The Deputy is sure that legislative mechanism of study on the state of certain management decisions for Pridnestrovie is needed. The law-in-draft contains 11 articles. They include basic concepts, wording submitted for discussion, order the initiation and organization of the hearings and the formation of their results.

Profile Committee supported the initiative. It will be recommended for adoption in the first reading.

One more question from the subject of public hearings. The Committee decided to initiate parliamentary hearings (such a possibility provides the rules of the Supreme Council) on street lighting. The dialogue will be attended by representatives of relevant ministries and agencies, ERES and interested in discussion citizens of the republic.
