Regular meeting of the Committee on Agroindustrial Complex, Industry, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources was held in the Supreme Council. The parliamentarians considered a number of legislations that provide for changes to the Land and Civil Codes, as well as changes to the Law of the PMR "On Certification of Products and Services", prepared by the Chairman of the Committee Oleg Leontiev.

The parliamentarian proposes to extend until December 31, 2023 the norm of the current law, according to which, declaration of conformity or other document from the CIS countries, including Ukraine and the European Union, as well as European countries that are not members of the EU, a mandatory recognition or re-issuance of a certificate and mark of conformity and other document by an authorized state authority of the PMR or an accredited organization for imported products (with the exception of medical and pharmaceutical products) subject to mandatory certification in the presence of a certificate.

Oleg Leontiev considers that the extension of this norm for another year is a necessity in the current economic situation. Manufacturers of products will not pay money for mandatory certification, so they will not have additional financial costs. The deputies of the Committee agreed with the opinion of the chairman. The law-in-draft will be submitted for consideration by parliamentarians at one of the next plenary sessions. If the deputies do not mind, then the law-in-draft will be considered in two readings at once.
