Deputies of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeyeva, Oleg Petrik, Vitaliy Kalin and Grigory Dyachenko presented amendments to the law “On state duty”. The law-in-draft is aimed at eliminating the ambiguous understanding of the provisions of the law regarding the payment of state duty upon receipt of the passport of citizen of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for the first time.
According to the authors of the amendments to the law “On state duty”, the one who receives a passport for the first time should have privileges for paying state fees, regardless of age. Members of the Legislation Committee will recommend the law-in-draft to colleagues for adoption in the first reading.
The President sent another legislative initiative regarding amendments to the law “On State Duty”. Vadim Krasnoselsky proposed exemption from payment of the state fee for issuing or issuing a passport in return for worn out or lost citizens serving a sentence of imprisonment. The reason for this should be the lack of funds on these expenses in their personal accounts. Deputies of the relevant committee will recommend the law-in-draft to the parliament in the first reading.
The legislative initiative in the course of the meeting of the Legislation Committee it was also considered that improves the criminal procedural legislation, which regulates legal relations in the field of confidentiality of correspondence, telephone and other negotiations, mail, telegraph and other messages. The authors of the law-in-draft - parliamentarians Galina Antyufeyeva, Grigory Dyachenko, Oleg Belyakov and Vitaliy Kalin - proposed to establish a judicial procedure for obtaining permission to conduct investigative actions related to obtaining information about connections between subscribers or subscriber devices.
The law-in-draft was recommended by the deputies of the relevant committee for adoption in the first reading.
