A new kind of work under patent

The list of activities carried out by entrepreneurs working under patent will be expanded. The profile committee received an appeal from the entrepreneur. He suggested adding one more type of activity in a special tax regime - the patent taxation system. This is the repair of bicycles, electric scooters and other similar equipment. Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy Viktor Guzun came up with a legislative initiative to create conditions for the development of entrepreneurial activity, including small business in the PMR.

The law-in-draft proposes to allow patents to repair bicycles, scooters, including those with an electric motor, baby carriages, vehicles for the people with special needs. The deputies of the Committee on Economic Policy supported this initiative and will recommend the Supreme Council to adopt the law-in-draft in two readings at once.
