Certified employees of the PMR Investigative Committee will be able to receive a state subsidy for the purchase of their own housing. The President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic proposed making appropriate changes and additions to the law “On state support for young families for the purchase of housing” and to the law on the republican budget for 2024. Deputies of the Social Policy Committee considered the legislative initiative in two readings in the course of today's meeting.
According to the data provided in the explanatory note to the draft laws, one family of an Investigative Committee employee will be able to receive a state subsidy for the purchase of their own housing this year. Another 4 families will be able to exercise their right to receive such a measure of state support in 2025.
The Prosecutor of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic developed amendments for the second reading. It is proposed to include in the list of potential recipients of state subsidies also employees of the Prosecutor's Office of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic with class ranks or military ranks. They may be granted the right to take advantage of such a measure of state support from January 1, 2025.
Deputies of the relevant parliamentary Committee supported the legislations of the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic the amendments of the Prosecutor unanimously. Legislative initiatives to introduce amendments and additions to the law “On state support for young families for the purchase of housing” and to the law on the republican budget for 2024 will be considered by the deputy corps at the next plenary meeting in two readings at once.
