The Supreme Council held a meeting of the Committee for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry. Among the discussed issues is a request for interpretation sent by the Prosecutor's Office.
The request is based on the appeal of representatives of the business community. Today at the meeting they said: there was a contradiction of certain legislative norms concerning the procedure for calculating income tax by organizations applying a simplified taxation system.
In this regard, the difficulties in the enforcement of the norms of the current legislation are experienced both by taxpayers themselves, and employees of the tax inspection, the Ministry of Finance and the Prosecutor's Office. Chairman of the profile committee Victor Guzun noted that parliamentarians will soon draft a legislation that will eliminate the existing contradictions.
