Not to "build" the fence of papers

Working group, whose members are called to prepare for the adoption of the deputies in the second reading of the draft four laws: "On the order of entry in PMR and exit out of PMR", "On Legal Status of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in PMR", "On migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in PMR ","On the right of PMR citizens to freedom of movement, choice of residence and place of residence within PMR" lasts mor that a month. Along with deputies and specialists of the profile parliamentary committee the working group includes representatives of the Interior Ministry, the KGB, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Their activities are focused on the development of proposals on improvement of the migration legislation, registration and deregistration of citizens crossing the state border, Pridnestrovian citizenship.

Participants of today's meeting focused on consideration of several dozen amendments to the laws "On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in PMR" and "On the right of citizens of PMR to freedom of movement, choice of place of residence within PMR". 

The subject of discussion during the meeting of the working group this time was to determine the list of documents required for foreigners the right to registration in the republic, levying of fees as public duty; the grounds for a possible refusal of this, in particular, for some types of diseases, there is no source of income; the formation of an electronic database of migration flows; interaction of responsible for the departments and other issues.

The general solution of the working group decided to extend its activities for another month.
