The Supreme Council held its first after the renovation of the Parliament leadership meeting of the Committee on the development of business and industry.
The author, while still a member of the Supreme Council, has developed a package of legislations, designed to support small business. Two legislations were discussed at the last meeting of the relevant committee, proposed to submit for consideration by deputies in the second reading without any comments. The first legislative initiative is draft amendments to the law "On the individual entrepreneur's patent", designed to reduce the cost of the patent. The next three years it will be half the price for the producers of goods and services by almost a third - to those who trade in retail. Legislative initiative designed that thousands of entrepreneurs who over the past few years passed the patent to return and continue their work.
Parliamentarians have recommended the adoption in the second reading of another law-in-draft, designed to simplify the work of small business. The author Vadim Krasnoselsky in the next two years suggests not to conduct inspections of small businesses, including sole proprietors.
Both legislations will be considered tomorrow at the meeting of the Presidium. If adopted, by parliamentarians, and after signing by the President the standards that simplify the work of entrepreneurs will take effect from 1 January.
