Tax preferences for large families

Deputy Oleg Vasilaty came out with a legislative initiative aimed at supporting large families who buy or build their own housing. It is proposed to make amendments and additions to the law “On personal income tax”.

The republic already has a legal norm that provides for a property tax deduction in the amount of no more than 10 thousand minimum wage for new construction or the acquisition of a residential house or apartment on the territory of the PMR.

According to the parliamentarian, the adoption of amendments to the legislation will partially solve the problem of large families who need to improve their living conditions. The deputies of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance supported the initiative and will recommend the Supreme Council to adopt the law-in-draft in the first reading.
