Deputies of the Committee on agriculture discussed the law-in- draft, prepared by town and district council of Dubossary. It aims to clarify the reasons for the suspension of the procedure of recognition by the local government of the village (village) ownership of home ownership, situated in a rural village. The authors proposed to amend the relevant law to simplify the system of registration of such households. The essence of the amendment: in case of a dispute relating to the definition of heir or finding housing in the mortgage, there are grounds for suspending the procedure of recognition by the local government of the village (village) ownership. In this case, the court's decision is necessary.

Deputies emphasized the need to improve the quality of performance of works on maintenance of landfills. For more detailed discussion of the law-in-draft on agriculture, the Committee will hold a workshop with the participation of representatives of the Committee on prices and competition activities and the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
