Deputies of the Committee on small, medium business and industry developed a law-in-draft "On licensing system in the sphere of economic activity". Minimization of bureaucratic obstacles is at its heart.

In preparation for the final reading of the draft and considered the interpretation of certain provisions of the law "On licensing of certain activities". This involves determining the legality of the issuance of perpetual licenses. The fact is that today, the competent authorities have different interpretations of the rules of law, which stipulates that the license is issued for a period of not less than five years. As a result, some documents are issued for five years, others - for an unlimited time. The relevant committee has repeatedly received treatment in this regard. Insurers are the most glaring example.

The document will be presented to the plenary with the recommendation to adopt it in the second reading.
